Semitron® ESD 500 HR PTFE is a static dissipative PTFE (PolyTetraFluoroEthylene) that has the same general properties of unfilled PTFE but with additional static dissipative properties. It has a surface resistivity of 10^10 – 10^12. Because of its dissipative properties, Semitron® ESD is ideal for use in applications that give off electrical discharge.

Durostone® materials have been developed for all procedures within the PCB assembly process. There are three main grades which are suitable for use in the SMT reflow and wave soldering processes. Durostone® CHP760, CAS761 and CAG762.

ChangExp NR
Natural rubber high abrasion rubber sheet further enhanced physical property of natural rubber for abrasion resistant, this high abrasion rubber sheet are excellent used in applications where excessive cuts, abrasion or wear & tear occur. ChangExp FKM & VITON
FKM & VITON is a flouroelastomer created for today most demanding applications. It has very excellent resistance to acids, hot water, low pressure steam, chlorinated solvents, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils, fuels, ozone and weather, lubricants, animal and vegetable oils.

ChangExp EPDM
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene monomer) rubber is a type of synthetic rubber, this elastomer is widely use in most of the outdoor application and for chemical and high temperature resistant application. EPDM also exhibits outstanding resistance to Ozone, Steam, and also an electrical insulator.

Silicone Rubber
Silicone rubber is a type of synthetic elastomer, with it’s exceptional high and low temperature range without failure, being able to operate normally from −100 to 260°C (−148 to 500°F), making it a very thermally stable material and flame retardant.

Polyethylene PE 500 / PE-HMW - Black AST - Anti-Static sheets

This is a PE 500 - polyethylene HMW material with permanently antistatic properties and a specially balanced electrical properties. The electrostatic surface charge of the black AST polyethylene is reduced, dust is not attracted by it and no electrostatic discharge occurs.

Torlon® 4203 Sheets Rods.
Torlon polyamide-imide offers excellent compressive strength and the highest elongation of the Torlon® grades. It also provides electrical insulation and exceptional impact strength. This Torlon grade is commonly used for IC Test Sockets & Handlers, as well as, electrical connectors and insulators due to its high dielectric strength.
