Semi-crystalline thermoplastic

PEEK WITH DEFINED ELECTROSTATIC DISSIPATIVE PROPERTIES PEEK ESD plastic material with a defined surface resistance between 106 -109 Ohm. Due to its electrostatic dissipation properties, this material is commonly used in applications within the electronics industry, test sockets being one example. Such materials are also referred to as ESD safe materials.

TECAPEEK  PEEK UNFILLED

Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) - TECAPEEK is a high performance, high temperature, semi crystalline thermoplastic manufactured by Ensinger and may use Victrex® PEEK 450G or Solvay‘s KetaSpire® KT-820 polymer.

CARBON FILLED PEEK

PEEK CF 30 is a 30% carbon filled PEEK material that is manufactured by Ensinger under the tradename TECAPEEK CF30 black. Its carbon fibre reinforcement lends the material a high level of rigidity and creep strength. Carbon fibre reinforced PEEK demonstrates very high mechanical strength values, while exhibiting lower density than 30% glass fibre filled peek.
